Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: May 17, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the AdForge Studios platform and any outputs it produces. It is part of our Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice.
1. Do not deceive
- Do not create deepfakes, synthetic likenesses, or impersonations of real people without their explicit consent.
- Do not generate fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake endorsements, or fake user-generated content.
- Do not generate ad copy or claims you cannot substantiate (efficacy claims, health claims, comparative claims, scarcity / urgency claims that aren't true).
- Do not misrepresent AI-generated content as the work of a real person where doing so would mislead the audience.
2. Do not generate harmful content
- No content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or that incites violence.
- No sexual content depicting or implying minors.
- No content designed to facilitate violence, weapons procurement, terrorism, or self-harm.
- No content that targets a protected class for harassment or discrimination.
3. Respect third-party rights
- Upload only materials (logos, photos, copy, brand names) that you own or are licensed to use.
- Clear third-party intellectual property rights before publishing AI-generated outputs in a commercial context. AI outputs may inadvertently resemble copyrighted works — you are responsible for clearance.
- Respect publicity rights, trademark rights, and right-of-likeness of the people referenced in your campaigns.
4. Comply with the policies of the platforms you advertise on
Each ad platform (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) has its own ad-policy framework — prohibited categories, claim substantiation requirements, disclosure rules, restricted industries (alcohol, gambling, political, financial services, health, etc.). Compliance with those policies for every ad you publish is your responsibility, not AdForge's.
5. Do not abuse the platform
- Do not scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from AdForge itself outside of documented APIs.
- Do not use AdForge outputs (creatives, intelligence reports, generated personas) to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a competing AI model, or to build a competing intelligence / creative-generation product.
- Do not resell AdForge-generated intelligence reports as a standalone product without material value-add.
- Do not create accounts in bulk via automation, evade usage caps, or share a single account across multiple end users in violation of your tier.
- Do not probe, attack, fuzz, port-scan, or otherwise attempt to compromise the platform or other tenants' data.
- Do not attempt to bypass Row-Level Security, per-report spend caps, or other server-side enforcement.
6. Do not use outputs for high-stakes decisions
AI outputs may contain factual errors and fabricated information. Do not use them as the sole basis for:
- Medical, mental-health, or safety decisions
- Legal, regulatory, or compliance decisions
- Financial, investment, insurance, lending, or accounting decisions
- Hiring, employment, housing, credit, or eligibility decisions about real individuals
Generated personas are statistical composites, not real people. Design Review responses are simulated feedback, not actual consumer research.
7. Respect the data we surface
Intelligence reports are built from publicly-available web data. Do not use AdForge to:
- Re-identify, target, or harass individual end users who appear in surfaced public posts / reviews / comments.
- Build profiles of specific individuals.
- Re-distribute surfaced third-party content in a way that violates the source platform's terms of service or the rights of the original author.
8. Reporting abuse
To report abuse of the platform, suspected security vulnerabilities, or content that violates this AUP, email support@adforgestudios.com. We investigate every reasonable report.
9. Enforcement
We may take any of the following actions in response to suspected violations: warn, throttle, suspend features, remove specific content, suspend the account, or terminate the account. We may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. We may take action without prior notice where the violation is ongoing, severe, or required to be addressed by law.
10. Changes
We may update this AUP. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
