AdForge Studios does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. This page is provided in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar US state privacy laws.

Our Data Practices

We share data only with the sub-processors listed on our Subprocessors page, and only as needed to operate the platform (hosting, database, payments, AI generation, web data collection for intelligence reports, transactional email, error monitoring, marketing-site analytics). Sub-processors are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell data to data brokers. We do not run third-party ad-tech / retargeting trackers in the application.

Your Rights

As a California resident (and residents of states with similar laws) you have the right to:

• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
• Request disclosure of the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information

How to Submit a Request

1. Self-service: Sign in to AdForge and use the controls in Settings (export data, delete account).
2. Email: Send your request to privacy@adforgestudios.com. Include your account email and the specific right(s) you wish to exercise. We respond within 45 days.
