AdForge Studios does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. This page is provided in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state privacy laws.

Our Data Practices

We share your data only with service providers who process it strictly on our behalf to deliver the AdForge platform (hosting, payments, AI generation, error monitoring). These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

We do not use your data for cross-context behavioral advertising or sell it to data brokers.

Your Rights

As a California resident you have the right to:

• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
• Request disclosure of the personal information we hold about you
• Request deletion of your personal information

How to Submit a Request

You may exercise your rights through either method below:

1. Self-service: Log in to AdForge and go to Settings → Privacy to download your data or delete your account instantly.
2. Email: Send your request to privacy@adforgestudios.com. Include your account email and the specific right(s) you wish to exercise. We will respond within 45 days.
