Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of the data Ad Forge Studios, LLC ("AdForge") holds about you, including any data associated with a third-party advertising-platform account you have connected to the platform. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy.
1. Delete your entire account
The fastest way to remove all of your data is to delete your account:
- Sign in to AdForge.
- Go to Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your workspaces, brands, products, personas, audiences, creatives, intelligence reports, Design Reviews, Ad Kits, uploaded media, and any connected-platform access tokens are removed per the schedule in our Data Retention Policy.
Data may persist in encrypted database backups for up to 7 additional days before those backups age out, after which it is permanently unrecoverable.
2. Disconnect an advertising-platform account
If you connected a Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, or LinkedIn advertising account to AdForge and want to revoke that connection without deleting your whole AdForge account:
- Inside AdForge: go to Settings → Connected Accounts and click Disconnectnext to the platform. This deletes the stored access/refresh token and any cached ad-account metadata for that connection from our database.
- On the platform itself: you can also revoke AdForge's access directly — for Meta, in Business Settings → Business Integrations (or your personal Settings → Apps and Websites); for Google, in Google Account → Security → Third-party access; and via the equivalent connected-apps settings for TikTok and LinkedIn.
Revoking access on the platform stops AdForge from making any further calls on your behalf. Data already synced into AdForge is removed when you disconnect inside AdForge or delete your account.
3. Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, or you want us to process the deletion for you, email privacy@adforgestudios.com from the address associated with your account with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We may need to verify your identity using your account email before fulfilling the request. We respond within 45 days and, in practice, far sooner.
4. What we delete vs. retain
We delete the personal and workspace data described above. A limited set of records is retained where we have a legal or legitimate-business basis — for example, billing and cost-telemetry records needed for tax, accounting, and dispute handling, in de-identified or minimized form where possible.
